On July 19, 2024, a massive technology failure occurred globally, affecting critical infrastructure companies worldwide. This resulted from a defect in a CrowdStrike update that caused widespread system failure. Nevertheless, this incident served as a warning about what could happen if a malicious actor gained access to our third-party systems.
