India's cybersecurity ecosystem has witnessed transformative growth over the past decade, evolving into the world's third-largest product ecosystem after the U.S. and Israel.
This session explores how national policy frameworks, public-private partnerships, and a vibrant research and development pipeline are fueling innovation. From only 10 product companies in 2010 to more than 400 today, the ecosystem is now defined by rapid scale, international reach and startup enablement.
Led by thought leaders from the Ministry of Electronics and IT, CERT-In, GSTN and the industry, the session covers:
- Government initiatives, including the cybersecurity grand challenge and National Centers of Excellence;
- Opportunities and challenges in startup adoption within critical infrastructure;
- Strategies to convert academic research into commercial cybersecurity products;
- Policy and regulatory directions creating new tech-driven use cases.
