Sanjeev Gathani of RV Group leads an immersive, gamified crisis simulation that tests how teams communicate, decide and collaborate under pressure, with real lessons for incident response and crisis leadership.
In a real crisis, technical preparedness is only half the battle. How a team communicates under pressure, navigates competing personalities and makes fast decisions with incomplete information determines whether a response succeeds or fails. This gamified simulation puts participants in the center of a live cyber incident at a major international airport and reveals how real crisis teams actually behave.
In this session, led by Sanjeev Gathani, compliance officer at RV Group, you will learn:
- How to activate and execute an incident response plan across management, IT, operations and communications functions simultaneously under time pressure;
- Why tailored stakeholder communication - internal and external - is one of the most critical and most poorly executed elements of crisis response;
- How to identify and manage different personality types within a crisis team, from the hesitant contributor to the dominating presence, to maintain speed, cohesion and effective decision-making.
