Driving DORA in a Decentral Organization

Course

Christian Götz of Deutsche Börse explains how decentralized organizations can meet DORA expectations through integrated ICT risk management, shared resilience data, clear accountability and continuous testing.

DORA has raised expectations for financial entities that must demonstrate digital resilience through evidence, integration and clear accountability. For decentralized organizations, fragmented governance models, varied regulatory baselines and disconnected risk data make it difficult to present one coherent resilience story to regulators, boards and business stakeholders.

This session, led by Christian Götz, deputy CISO at Deutsche Börse, will cover:

  • How DORA reframes ICT risk management around accountability, evidencing, testing, third-party risk and incident management;
  • How decentralized organizations can create a common resilience backbone by defining critical functions, responsibilities and dependencies;
  • How shared taxonomies, integrated risk data hubs and joint work products help replace paper-based compliance with continuous resilience.
